Successful H1B and H4 visas

Colleen was my attorney for H1B visa process who got allocated through my employer. She is very professional and provided right information in timely manner during the H1B visa process and helped me to keep all the documents ready for visa. Also she was prompt in following up on the items to be done ...from my end and nexr step. I highly recommend her for any activities. Also she helped me to get visas for my family as well. I would simply say relaible, attentive and professional lawyer.

My family and I had to go through two E2 process in the last years. We had positive results in all of them. Colleen was very important in these processes keeping the focus on all the details of the procedure.

Extremely kind, patient and helpful

I worked with Colleen to secure an H1B VISA for an employee at my company. Colleen was incredibly helpful as the process was very confusing. She was always quick to reply to questions via email or phone. I honestly don't think we would have been prepared to navigate the process without her and Gar...finkel Immigration Law Firm's help. We were successful in getting the HIB VISA.

Excellent results!

Ms. Colleen has been a great professional with the whole process of my working visa. Her instructions and orientation were very clear and I could get my renovation at the expected time. I will definitely recommend her to others.

Excellent experience
