My lawyer filed my visa application (Green card) and and guided me in every step until our visas (i.e. mine, my wife and our daughter) have been issued. my wife is from Brazil and we met here in the South Carolina. we married and immediately began immigration process with an attorney from Orlando, Florida. attorney was recommended to us. one never knows how things work unless you experience first hand. being the sponsor, every bit of personal informa...tion about me and my past and documents that supports were requested of me. wasn't prepared for it but I got through it. so finally about 6 months get an interview date and we went without an attorney. big mistake. thought everything would be fine.
