I have a order for arrest for missing a court date on DWI after a whole year and some change of them constantly continuing it, the first time I wasn't able to make it they order me an arrest and my attorney withdraw which I felt was unfair due to the fact she knew I was trying but i sense she didn't ...care cause we never really communicated, her demeanor come as if she really didn't care what happen, i left her plenty of messages and never a call back or response, which I also don't understand what's a point of an attorney if they can't represent you if you are not there. Definitely defeats the purpose of having one when you have medical emergency, no transportation and stay 45 minutes away. I wouldn't recommend this attorney to anyone definitely didn't come off as if she wanted to help. Now I'm left having to deal with this order for arrest on my own, all I can say is God don't like ugly pray for those that will do anything to bring you down.
