Banks Hudson Huntley

I chose Banks Huntley out of the plethora of advertisement letters I received shortly after incurring a speeding ticket (my first) a few days after my father's funeral. I had never gotten a ticket before so I poured over the letters and selected Banks Huntley because his letter was the best (e.g. co...ncise, no typos, no bad grammar). When I called him he answered his phone on the second ring. He told me what needed to be done and he then proceeded to do it. One day before my court date he emailed me that he was able to get my ticket reduced to an I.E., Improper Equipment, charge which is a non-moving violation. An I.E. will result in no insurance points and no driving points. He attached a reduction form filled out by the prosecutor that shows that the ticket was reduced to I.E. He also attached a receipt from the clerk’s office that confirms the ticket was reduced to an I.E. and all my court costs have been paid. I am a happy camper; thank you Mr. Huntley!

Mr. Huntley provided outstanding professional service in dealing with my first speeding ticket violation in 40 years of driving. He delivered on everything he said he would. After receiving a speeding ticket for driving 25mph over the speed limit, I was inundated with letters from attorneys seeking my business. I contacted and hired Mr. Huntley because he predicted (not promised) that the ticket could be reduced to an equipment violation with a fine and zero points. Ot...her attorneys I contacted said that result was not possible. Mr. Huntley stated that if the ticket was not reduced to an equipment violation, he would refund my money. Ultimately, the speeding ticket was reduced to an equipment violation, and Mr. Huntley promptly emailed me a copy of the the receipt from the court showing the fine was paid and the court order. In conclusion, I hope I will not get another ticket, but if I do, I will contact Mr. Huntley to resolve the matter.
