Being new to the state of North Carolina, I had no idea my minor speeding ticket (although in a school zone) would require an attorney. I could not have asked for or found a better lawyer than Banks. First off, he took on my case with only a day's notice; long story short, I thought I had retaine...d an attorney and could move my traffic date, but could not.
