I honestly pulled a random letter out the stack that arrived at my home and had no idea what to expect. I couldn't be more happier with the luck that was drawn. Law Offices of Banks Huntley, PLLC was able to get my speeding ticket dismissed and I am very grateful for that; but I would definitely like... to commend them on their level of communication. There was not a moment where I had to question if I was forgotten about. They answered phone calls or were quick to get back to me. They also sent emails to keep me updated on what was going on in court (continuance, for instance). I received a traffic violation while while traveling through NC. I immediately received at least 20 solicitation letters from lawyers in the NC area offering to represent me. I am from out of state and would be unable to appear in court as requested. I contacted several of the lawyers, but decided... to hire Banks because he gave me direct answers to the questions I asked, told me exactly what he could do, and EXACTLY what is was going to cost me to do it. He indicated he could get a charge dismissed and the ticket reduced. He accomplished both those things several days before the court date. He did exactly what he said he would do, for the price quoted, was available, receptive, professional and very, very helpful. I would highly recommend Banks Huntley if you ever find yourself in a similar situation and want to avoid high fines, points or insurance increases.

Over the years, I have worked with many law firms but Banks Huntley has by far exceeded all expectations. They were very quick in returning my call. I received a speeding ticket for going 17 miles over the speed limit through a school zone. Mr. Huntley was able to get it reduced to improper equipment... which is no points on license or insurance. He had this reduced even before my court date. Paying him in addition to court costs was less expensive than what was quoted on my ticket if I had gone to court on my own.
