After receiving a speeding ticket in a city that I was unfamiliar with, my first concern was being able to find a reputable Attorney to handle my case. Found Banks by comparing websites of several attorneys in the area, his in my opinion was the best.. I was stopped going very near the posted speed limit , but had just came into a school zone 15 minutes before school let out and did not see blinking light ,lowering speed limit. He handled it for me ...with no points against my insurance etc. VERY pleased , also kept me posted along the way .

My husband had received two traffic violations (left of center and reckless driving) when he loss control of the truck he was driving and had a single vehicle accident. Mr. Huntley was able to walk us through the court process and was able to have the violations dismissed. He was very professional ...and responsive to our calls and emails.
