Banks Hudson Huntley

I highly recommend the Law Offices of Banks Huntley. I had contacted Banks around Christmas about a traffic ticket I had received and had a court date the first week in January. I wasn't sure if my ticket could be helped or reduced especially with a few weeks remaining. Banks contacted me the same... day I left a message and he was very friendly and understanding. The process was very easy. He and his staff answered all my questions, and they were able to get my ticket dismissed. I am so glad I went with Banks Huntley.

I received a speeding ticket while on vacation in NC. The worse part is the 70MPH speed limit had dropped to 55MPH without my seeing a reduced sign. So my speed was very much in excess. To top it off, the trooper added a reckless driving charge, which was ridiculous. When I returned home to CA, ther...e were several letters from attorneys offering to represent me. I sent a detailed email to each one, but Mr. Huntley was the first to actually answer my questions. He said he could reduce my speeding to 9MPH over the speed limit and get the reckless driving dismissed. He quoted me a firm cost, which seemed fair considering what I feared would happen without representation. Mr. Huntley was true to his word! I can’t begin to express my gratitude to having this issue handled so efficiently, and more so, HONESTLY. I was nervous about it all, but there was no need. Mr. Huntley is a man of his word. I highly recommend the Law Offices of Banks Huntley. My son got a speeding ticket within two months of having his before 9's license. The lawyer went to court and had it reduced to a non-moving violation. No insurance points. No driving points. This is a second chance for my son. I am really impresse...d that this office took care of the ticket in less than 2 weeks. The court date is set for over a month from now, but they resolved the issue quickly. We are grateful to have this issue resolved.

Jody explained everything in simple terms helping me understand what they will do to help. He explained which fees are for what and he took care of EVERYTHING i mean, everything!!! they were able to represent me so I didn’t have to drive hours down to show up for court.
