I received a speeding ticket while on vacation in NC. The worse part is the 70MPH speed limit had dropped to 55MPH without my seeing a reduced sign. So my speed was very much in excess. To top it off, the trooper added a reckless driving charge, which was ridiculous. When I returned home to CA, ther...e were several letters from attorneys offering to represent me. I sent a detailed email to each one, but Mr. Huntley was the first to actually answer my questions. He said he could reduce my speeding to 9MPH over the speed limit and get the reckless driving dismissed. He quoted me a firm cost, which seemed fair considering what I feared would happen without representation. Mr. Huntley was true to his word! I received a traffic violation while while traveling through NC. I immediately received at least 20 solicitation letters from lawyers in the NC area offering to represent me. I am from out of state and would be unable to appear in court as requested. I contacted several of the lawyers, but decided... to hire Banks because he gave me direct answers to the questions I asked, told me exactly what he could do, and EXACTLY what is was going to cost me to do it. He indicated he could get a charge dismissed and the ticket reduced. He accomplished both those things several days before the court date. Over the years, I have worked with many law firms but Banks Huntley has by far exceeded all expectations. They were very quick in returning my call. I received a speeding ticket for going 17 miles over the speed limit through a school zone. Mr. Huntley was able to get it reduced to improper equipment... which is no points on license or insurance. He had this reduced even before my court date. Paying him in addition to court costs was less expensive than what was quoted on my ticket if I had gone to court on my own.
