My practice focusses on criminal defense, DWI/DUI, and traffic violations. I am a native of Charlotte, N.C. and a graduate of Myers Park High School. After graduating from Campbell University School of Law, I took a job as a North Carolina Assistant District Attorney for Prosecutorial District 20-A. As both a former prosecutor and criminal defense attorney, I have handled everything from a speeding ticket to a first degree murder case. Great lawyer!
I received a traffic citation and consulted Mr. Huntley. He said he could have it reduced to an improper equipment. He not only did that, but got it taken care of prior to the court date! He was very professional and was very reasonably priced.

Best attorney ever
Banks Hudson Huntley Did a fantastic job handling my case he reduced a speeding ticket down to equipment failure and I have no points on my license and my insurance will not go up I think he did a fantastic job thank you very much.

Exceeded EVERY Expectation
Banks exceeded ALL my expectations. None of us enjoy getting tickets, but Banks made the process easy and painless!
