My experience with the law office of Richard peniston was absolutely horrible. I initially signed with them after my accident and initially felt very comfortable with them. As time progressed they became more and more shady and just begin to tell me whatever I wanted to hear. I would leave countless ...messages with them never to be returned. They did no investigation into my case or time and this place is extremely understaffed and has one paralegal for three offices. Erica the paralegal will tell you anything to get you off of the phone and will never return your messages. My new lawyer did more for my case in 4 days then they did in 6 months. Please BEWARE of this law office. Find yourself a lawyer who actually has time to dedicate to your case and wants a timely settlement as quick as you do.
