Great Lawyer, Wonderful Person

When I need a workers compensation lawyer, Bradley Smith and his team was there to represent me. They did an excellent job for me through the entire process. They took the time to explain everything to me and made sure I understood all my options. They even explained to me how each option would effec...t me. Never did I feel rushed and they allowed me to make the best decisions based on me and my family. Only regret I had was, I waited so long before obtaining a workers compensation lawyer. I'm glad Bradly Smith and his team were there with me and for me every step of the way. I would recommend him to anyone who needs a workers compensation lawyer. Hopefully I will never need one again in the future, but if I do, Bradley Smith will be the first and only workers compensation lawyer I reach out to. Thank you Bradley Smith for being there when I needed the most

Relationship: Opposing Counsel on matter

"I endorse this lawyer. I have had a number of cases with Brad over the years both as opposing counsel and as a mediator. I have always found him to be very knowledgeable, diligent, ethical and professional in the way he's handled his cases. He's also a very strong advocate for his clients and serves them very well."

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
