Kimberly Ann Olsinski

On February 10th I was in a collision on I85 in Cabarrus county. I was hit in the rear by a truck and I bumped into another car that I was behind. This accident resulted in a traffic ticket. In my 43 years of driving experience and 28 years of daily interstate driving I had never been in an acciden...t or gotten a citation. This accident resulted in both. I started receiving ads in the mail from different law firms. The Olsinski Law Firm caught my attention. I contacted the firm and spoke with John. He was very helpful and gave me the reassurance that I needed. I agreed to hire the Olsinski Law firm to represent my case. John took the necessary information over the phone and emailed the forms and documents to me that was needed for my representation. I was able to make payment via credit card over phone as well. This was such a huge convenience. I had to take no time off from work for an appointment. Friday, April 7th was my court date. John took care of it all. Thank you to Kimberly and staff for there honesty and comuuniation. I started my accident case off wrong thinking I could handle a rear end accident without any representation. I was wrong. The papaer work from the insurance companies and phone calls started coming in left and right and I had no clu...e to what I was signing. I found the Olsinski Law Firm through one of the 100 mailers I received but something was different in the wording. After speaking to Kimberly about the wrong steps I had taken, I sent her all the paper work I received and she made sure all the calls and communication were handled out of her office ~ HUGE RELIEF. Since I had never been in an accident before I was not sure of anything. Kimberly and her team were open to questions I had and if they didnt have the answer they said that and contacted me back with an answer. I now keep Olsinki Law Firm business card in my car just incase I ever need a lawyer in their field.

I had an amazing experience with The Olsinski Law Firm. Kimberly handled my case very well. She was very knowledgable; I had a very big case and she got it dismissed. I also got in some trouble in the charlotte area and her husband (Justin) was able to get that case dismissed also. Hopefully I won't... get in any more trouble but if I do, They're definitely the first on my list!

I got two tickets within a couple of weeks of each other, (1) in Cabarrus and (1) in Rowan. The Olsinski office has been awesome and convenient to work with. Ms. Ryan has done an awesome job with my speeding ticket in Cabarrus County and was able to get a phenomenal result; one that I did not expect... and am very HAPPY with. I'll soon find out about the Rowan ticket and I'm confident Ms. Ryan will do all she can to get me the best possible outcome. Three tickets by two boys within six months! Ms. Olsinski and her staff responded both quickly and efficiently in resolving the tickets and communicating every detail to me.
