Great attorney for family law

Mr. Warren is an excellent attorney to have in your corner from the beginning all the way until the end of settlements. I personally had a previous subpar attorney before retaining Mr. Warren. Thankfully I retained his services. Mr. Warren fought for me intensively to seek fairness in reference to c...hild custody, child support, and overall divorce proceedings. Divorce can be a nasty situation without proper representation. It doesn’t have to be if you have someone representing you who will look with an objective lens. I would highly recommend Mr. Warren if you need someone to dig in and fight for you. He’s not some “foot on the desk relaxed guy” who will promise you the moon and stars, but when you show up in court with him you will have one of the best, if not the best, attorney beside you.

Poor Choice for a divorce attorney

Mr. Warren seems to know his business, but wastes time (billable to the client of course) and charges too much. The initial quote I was given almost doubled by the time we were through for no other reason than the fact that he wanted to prolong what was in my case a very simple divorce. I was even bi...lled for time correcting mistakes that his office made. I would NOT recommend this attorney.

Oustanding person and attorney

Mr. Warren has represented me through my very complicated divorce. He has been extremely thorough in explaining everything to me. He has never told me what I want to hear and has instead given me an objective appraisal of the situation with the possible alternative solutions. He is honest and consci...entious and always tried to help me solve the matter to avoid unnecessary expenditures. When all attempts failed at resolving the problem through a settlement we went to trial. Mr. Warren is an exceptional trial attorney. He is well organized, prepares well for the trial and argues for you articulately and with precise arguments based on the law and case law. He is a master in the courtroom. I would and have recommended Mr. Warren to friends. I am glad to have met him and I am thankful for his counsel.

He is the pitbull of lawyers

Mr Warren has represented me 2 times now, and so far we are 2 and 0. I have been in and out of court with my ex-wife for 9 years now, and I sure wish I went to him first. He has been practicing law for quite awhile and so he is very knowledgeable of the law and all the major players in the Charlott...e area. Every case is different and every case as special needs. I have a very hostile, and unreasonable ex wife. There is an old saying fight fire with fire. In the past I tried to be reasonable, I tried to be fair. I used cheaper lawyers with less experience. I was very naive about the legal process, and extremely naive thinking thinking I could work things out amicably with my ex. I have a disastrous divorce and lost everything, but things are slowly turning around. He might cost more than other lawyers I do not know. What I have learned the hard way, in the long run get the best lawyer you can, you will pay far less in the long run. If you need an aggressive lawyer who will fight for your rights I would highly recommend Mr Warren. Just don’t be scarred if he is a little aggressive with you too.
