Erik Rand Ashman

I cannot say enough great things about Erik Asheman of Olsinski Law Firm. Erik devoted many hours to my custody case when other attorneys felt it was too difficult. He took the time to listen to all facts, reviewed pages of evidence and responded in a timely manner. My case was somewhat rare and very... few custody cases are 'set aside' as ours was. The judgment was procured by fraud which could not have been discovered at the time of the trial. Erik stood his ground tactfully in the courtroom and confidently won this case. I cannot thank him enough for sending my kids back home to me where they belong. I recognize as a father that this was a hard fought victory and I am incredibly grateful.
