I recently got in trouble in Charlotte on a federal case for marijuana , which by itself is like a traffic ticket to MR Rawls. But when there is a gun involved, and me being a felon, the Feds picked up my case . I was facing a 25year sentence, because of 3/prior felony drug convictions. My life was o...ver , I knew the law and all the lawyers I spoke to confirmed my knowledge of the law I was going to have to take a plea cause once the Feds got you on gun and drugs together your taking a plea ,every lawyer told me the best they could do was 10 years on a good day. I couldn't understand , how I could be facing a possible life sentence , for a legal gun and some marijuauna plants. Then my sister was told by a neighbor of hers to contact Eben Rawls, when he first came to see me in mecklyenburg county jail ,I was sitting on a 60.000 dollar bail. He came in the visiting room and said first things first we got to get you out of here, he was very confident, he said when I get out of the jail to come see him, the next morning i was in front of a judge ,and Mr Rawls, had my bail reduced from 60.000 dollars to 1500.00 dollars, and the way he did it let me know that this is the lawyer I have to have. He went at that prosecution like a tiger, using bail reduction cases on similar charges in the past, the prosecution was finished they couldn't come up with any good argument to keep my bail at 60.000 dollars , 5:00 pm that night I was back home. Starting to feel like maybe this lawyer can help me, it was like he really cared , which I can tell you 5 years later never doing another day in jail or prison and with 4 years probation on the federal charge, he cares , he is straight forward ,he keeps you well informed , and he was very reasonable considering the severity of my case. The man put life back into my family , and from the moment I hired him I knew there was hope. The last time I saw Mr Rawls, I asked him (what would you do if there was no one getting in trouble you would be without work) he said to me ,he would rather it that way, that man is loaded with integrity. If you are reading this review, no need to look any father for legal representation. Trust this reveiw, I'm not saying that he will get you probation, what I am saying is he will give you the best legal representation you could ask for and you will have a life beyond your trouble ,.
