The Workers' Comp judge found that the employer's testimony was not credible so we won that issue. The employer also claimed that he had fired my client from light duty because my guy was "surfing the web" when he was supposed to be working, but the judge did not find his testimony credible on that point either. So we won the case at both the Deputy Commissioner and Full Commission levels.
