Knows the Laws

My experience with Tony was life changing. He stood by me through thick and thin. He worked extremely hard and realize how important this case was for me. I’ve never had trouble with the law so when I met Tony I didn’t know what to expect. The first visit was very intense but it showed me he’s a figh...ter till the end. I have grown to lean on him when I was having a hard time worrying about court and every time he would say it’s going to be okay. He will always have a special place in mine and my family’s heart. I highly recommend him if you want someone to fight for you he’s the attorney to get.

Phone call

I called Tony Scheer about my case late one evening an it was like I had known him for years. I explained my case and my charges and he informed me of some of my options. He told me he would get with the federal prosecutor and get back with me. Within the hour he was calling me back. We decided... to make and appointment and discuss the case more. So I meet with Tony and it was like I knew that was were I was suppose to be. Tony began working on my case and I felt like I was in the best hands I could be in. He and his office kept me informed with everything that was happening with my case. I am very fortunate to have him negotiating my case with the federal government. Tony got my case reduced a lot better than I expected. Tony will always look out for the best interest of the client. I feel very fortunate to have made that phone call. I don't regret anything. I know I had the best Attorney I could ever wish for. I really appreciate all the help.

One of the last attorneys out there who cares....

I used Mr. Scheer (he will tell you to call him Tony) for an issue that I had with my employer. I was looking at losing my job, health insurance for my family, and my career. Tony came highly recommended. From the first meeting, the conversations were not just about the case, but how my wife and c...hildren were dealing with the issues. Tony was genuinely concerned about my family....how many attorneys even know you have children? Or even take the time to ask how they are doing? Much less steer a conversation to talk about them. In my line of work I have had the opportunity to see several attorneys in court and outside the courthouse. Tony is one of the few attorneys who I believe is in the profession because he wants take cases that he feels someone has received a less than fair treatment from the legal or civil process. Tony is a defense attorney at heart who takes defending his clients seriously by being well prepared and understanding the case prior to coming to court….that alone is hard to find in most attorneys. My case involved an issue with my employer and a certification issue. My case was more complex than just showing up and going in front of a judge. Tony and his staff were easy to reach by phone and always responded to my communications. Tony was well prepared for the process and presented all of the factual points that I wanted to include. My result was positive, but I can honestly say that had we lost the case my review would be the same. The fact remains that when I meet and worked with Tony it was like dealing with a friend. It wasn’t intimidating. So, more than once while I was standing in the front of the board, commission, or whoever was getting ready to make a decision that would change my life I didn’t feel that Tony was there because I was paying him, but because he cared.
