Unfortunately over the past four years, I have hired and/or consulted with a handful of attorneys regarding child custody. Until I hired Andrew, I had not met with an attorney that I thought truly cared about me, my well-being, my relationship with my son, or my case in general. In most cases I felt ...they were "clocking in and out" just for the paycheck. Andrew was a breathe of fresh air as he made it very apparent that he was constantly thinking about my case. He would text me frequently, sometimes in the evening, with new ideas or approaches. It was clear that he was brainstorming and actively thinking about my case. He is also very sharp and knows the law. During a previous trial, I did have an attorney that "dropped the ball" by not knowing the law, which lead to me losing the case. Andrew is also very honest and transparent. He does what is "right", ethically/morally speaking. I know there are some attorneys out there that twist and spin the law and truth in order to get their expected outcome. Andrew has great integrity and will also ask that of you as his client. He has many positive qualities that you do not see in most attorneys, but hope for. My case is now currently resolved, but if I should ever need an attorney, I will contact Andrew.

You can't always judge your attorney's performance by the outcome of the case, but in my case I can. I started my custody, child support, and alimony case without an attorney...what a mistake. I thought that I couldn't afford an attorney, but what I failed to realize, if you are already struggling ...financially (before your case starts) YOU CAN'T AFFORD TO REPRESENT YOURSELF. I'm working on a doctorate and thought that I was smart enough to represent myself...again, a huge mistake on MY part! After the judge initially ruled against me on every single case, I felt hopeless and dejected. Thankfully, I was referred to Andrew and from day one he was energetic, realistic, and determined to get what we both mutually agreed upon (even though to some my goals didn't seem reasonable). In the end, Andrew far exceeded my initial expectations and I would hire him again a million times over. It may seem outlandish but it's true. You can't afford to pass on Andrew Brendle. No one likes to go through a divorce, but Andrew helped me put my life back together. As I kiss my kids to go to sleep each night, I know that moment could not have happened without Andrew.
