She’ll tell you what you need to hear and will be tough on you if she needs to so you know what to expect and she’ll come up with a strategy to get you what you want. She doesn’t waste your time or money talking about everything and anything just to get billable hours. She focuses on your goal and will fight for you to get you what you want. What I like the most about her is she’s open minded and where some lawyers can’t see a way, she’ll make a way. Her creativity is definitely a big asset. In court she doesn’t let the opposing counsel get away with anything. She’s calm yet fierce. All praise to God, I was able to get a temporary parenting agreement from the judge that was way better than what everyone thought. I’m grateful that I had Anastasia on my side to fight for me. If your child custody case is not unique, I’d still hire her. You might get more than is expected. If she’s that good at winning difficult and unique child custody cases, i wonder what she’ll do with standard, typical cases? I never ever thought I would be going through a divorce. I am a stay at home, home-school mom who has been out of the work force for the past 22 years. I met Anastasia 8 days before a full custody hearing. Even I had a lot of documentation and the best of intentions. I couldn’t made it with out her.
