For 6 Years my husband has suffered from severe constant vertigo. They did absolutely nothing to help with my disability claim. I was told it could take around 6 months to complete, but I filed with them in September and wasn’t contacted by anyone until December to tell me nothing had even been started. They wasted 3 months of me having zero income. I have to start... over from square one with the 6 months plus process. Complete waste of time contacted and meeting with this firm.

I could not communicate via phone due to my hearing disability. Mr. Lund was very aware and responsive to this difficulty. He communicate clearly and effectively by email with me even though it took more of his time. He was able to gather all the related case information and present it logically and ...truthfully to the judge in my case and was able to get a favorable decision.

My husband died in midst of his disability claim. I contacted SSA on my own for survivor benefits, while the law firm was on point for his disability. SSA paid the law firm for work I did not hire them for for survivor's benefits. David Lund/associates did not follow through quick enough when I first... acknowledged this error until I threatened to contact the Bar association. This was money I needed as I was not working. Received it several months later, unreal. Then, their follow-through in checking about the status of my claim was horrible. I had to constantly remind them. I even contacted SSA myself to obtain the same info they told me later. The thing is, that was their job, not mine. I'm still very disappointed about their slow response in how the process was handled. Yes, they may know their stuff, but very, very slow or neglectful in follow-through in a timely manner and getting me my refund I so deserved. I'm leaning towards questioning their integrity as well. I should not of had to point out that they got paid for work they didn't do.
