Mercer is also an experienced trial attorney with many years of trial practice in both state and federal courts. This experience has proven to be extremely valuable in representing families and individuals before the Immigration Court.
Mercer has had the amazing experience of working with nationals from around the world. Prior to practicing immigration law, he acted as a Regional Director for Teen Mania Ministries, an international mission’s organization. He was responsible for South America and Asia teams in addition to directing several projects throughout Africa. During those years he spent time overseeing projects in such countries as Ghana, Botswana, South Africa, Lebanon, Malaysia, Peru, Panama, El Salvador, the Dominican Republic and numerous others.
It was this period in his life which gave him to a passion for multicultural experiences and immigration. This passion continues to drive him and The Cauley Law firm in the practice of immigration law today.
