Maxwell Bertini is a great lawyer and provided excellent service. I been plead not guilty in a simple assault case which Carolinas Towing started against me as a measure to press me to stop civil case - Contest Towing Hearing with this company. This predators towing company employers started 2 crimin...al cases against me. Both cases - Simple Assault. 4 big guys told that I was pushing them, spitting in their faces and chasing with a knife. 2 of them separately went to magistrate and lied and opened one criminal simple assault case which was dismissed because the plaintiff never showed at the trial but was was visiting arbitration hearing pushing trial date forward as much as he could. Right after first Simple Assault case dismissal , second guy an owner of Carolinas Towing did the same. Their tactic was to take off my witness who eventually have seen this accident. I did not know her before and I dont speak Spanish the only language she speak. She were need to take day off for each court hearing. Carolinas Towing guys were trying to push each court date forward to make my only witness feel uncomfortable to miss so many work days and get financial losses after visiting each court hearing. Maxwell Bertiny - a lawyer I hired after firing old one, never let them push one more time a court hearing and won my criminal trial. I was plead not guilty
