I represent both employees and employers in matters before the EEOC and other agencies. I review and negotiate employment non compete and severance agreements for professionals in many areas.

As a former Superior Court and Court of Appeals Judge I represent both plaintiffs and defendants in complex commercial litigation. I have served as defense counsel in both single state and multi-state class action ligation. My practice includes work in automotive and motor sports industy

I represent people before various licensing and other professional boards on licence and disciplinary issues. I also represent folks with respect to employment issues under the Administrative Proceudr Act.

As a former appellate judge I am familiar with the appeals process and represent clients before our appellate courts.
