David Brian Pevney

If lawyers are paid you have a different result than unpaid. This case depended on my children’s life. He never contacted me until the week of court date. I express my concerns to him numerous times. He told me that he doesn’t get paid for this job. Full of sarcasm. I would never get someone to take... a case if I honestly knew at heart they didn’t care because they’re court appointed. With him you have 0 % chances of ever winning your case. I would take my chances representing myself before ever considering him.

Pevney was my public defender. He is the worst. Horrible communicator. Does not EVER answer calls, return messages, or reply to emails. He’s always late to court. He worked on my case for 1 year and still could not remember what I looked like or my name is when we were in court. He does absolutely no...thing that one could not do while representing yourself. He doesn’t relay information effectively or at all. He is also a personal injury attorney. He must be too dedicated to those clients than all other clients because he did now show interest in public defending cases AT ALL. He’s just not fit for the job. My experience with Pevney has been HORRIBLE.
