David M. Grogan

DAVID M. GROGAN is a partner at Shumaker, Loop & Kendrick, LLP, working in corporate bankruptcy and insolvency. He has extensive experience in representing secured and unsecured creditors and creditors' committees in bankruptcy cases and in defending preference claims, and has spoken at seminars and trade groups on defending these claims. He graduated magna cum laude from Florida State University School of Engineering Science in 1971 and from Duke University School of Law, with honors, in 1984.
