Nichole Baxter Greene

Mrs. Greene is an attorney that will take your case seriously and work for you in every capacity. She is quick to answer your questions, return emails and return phone calls. I went in to my case asking for a modification to a custody order because my ex would not compromise for any reason. If it was...n't in the order, my ex would not allow it to happen. Mrs. Greene was not only successful in making the court see this, because she fought so hard for me and presented such a good case, I was allowed more time to spend with my children. I highly recommend Mrs. Greene.

Ms. Greene is a great attorney and I would recommend her to anyone. She did not tell me what I wanted to hear like a lot of attorneys do - she told me what to expect in the process of my child custody case. I felt like she really cared for my case just as I did. We called Nichole to ask how to go about getting help for a family friend. He was a high school student over the age of 18 who really didn't know how to address some tickets and other issues he needed to resolve. Not only did Nichole jump in with both feet and take over his case, she did it FOR FREE...!! We were hoping to just get some advice on where to go and what to do. We honestly didn't think she'd take the case on herself and not charge anything. This young man didn't have any family support and we thought we'd help by trying to get him a court appointed attorney. His family didn't have any money to hire an attorney and I had no idea how to go about Getting a court appointed attorney. However I knew Nichole and thought I’d call and ask her how to go about the process. When she saw the situation she knew this young man would probably get a bad deal and have items on his record that he really could get removed, reduced or even dismissed. Well, the next thing I knew she was off and running. Not only did she get his charges dismissed, the only thing that he had to pay for was the court filing fees. I honestly don’t know how much Nichole charges, but I can sure tell you that she should get paid a TON. She got our young friend out of the situation he was in, he did his community service and now he can breathe a sigh of relief and look forward with a positive attitude and a clean record.
