I recently hired Nichole Greene in a last resort trying to get some older tickets and a order for arrest taking care of, she was the third lawyer that I had hired for the same tickets! One lawyer never even went to court and the other lawyer gave me the wrong court date twice, I contacted Mrs Greene ...literally within days not only did she take care of everything she actually got my DWLR dismissed and the order for arrest struck! I was involved in a traffic matter concerning a speeding charge which occurred July 22, 2002, and a subsequent failure to appear warrant. This matter was somewhat complicated because at the time of the infraction, I lived in another state and had hired an attorney here in N.C. to represent me. The ...attorney I hired in 2002 did not adequately represent me and I did not know there had been a warrant issued against me which was still outstanding, until sometime in May 2012. I tried to make contact with the attorney I hired in 2002 without success and due to my concern with the outstanding warrant I called the Law Office of Nichole B. Greene and had a consultation with Ms Amanda M.B. McIntyre on June 13th, 2012. Ms McIntyre agreed to represent me and did a marvelous job. Ms McIntyre was able to have the failure to appear warrent stricken and then was successful in obtaining a reduction in the speeding citation which resulted in a reduced penalty on my behalf. Having accomplished all the goals we agreed upon during the consultation, Ms McIntyre provided me with a letter of closure. Ms McIntyre, and all the staff at the Law Office were courteous, competent, considerate and professional throughout my ordeal and I am extremely appreciative of their efforts.

We called Nichole to ask how to go about getting help for a family friend. He was a high school student over the age of 18 who really didn't know how to address some tickets and other issues he needed to resolve. Not only did Nichole jump in with both feet and take over his case, she did it FOR FREE...!! We were hoping to just get some advice on where to go and what to do. We honestly didn't think she'd take the case on herself and not charge anything. This young man didn't have any family support and we thought we'd help by trying to get him a court appointed attorney. His family didn't have any money to hire an attorney and I had no idea how to go about Getting a court appointed attorney. However I knew Nichole and thought I’d call and ask her how to go about the process. When she saw the situation she knew this young man would probably get a bad deal and have items on his record that he really could get removed, reduced or even dismissed. Well, the next thing I knew she was off and running. Not only did she get his charges dismissed, the only thing that he had to pay for was the court filing fees. I honestly don’t know how much Nichole charges, but I can sure tell you that she should get paid a TON. She got our young friend out of the situation he was in, he did his community service and now he can breathe a sigh of relief and look forward with a positive attitude and a clean record.
