Loves loves loves himself. Likes to talk about himself and is quick to insult and intimidate others. He should retire and spend more time with his good neighbor another narcissist. You can hire him and sit in his office talking then 1 month later someone show him your picture and his response they l...ook familiar. Gives bad advice that in turn creates a lot of problems for one’s self. Go somewhere else unless you enjoy hearing grown men brag on themselves.

I have known Mr. Whitley for over 20 years. He has always given me sound advise and wise counsel. It is not always what I want to hear but always what I need to hear. He has always made me feel he cares deeply for the People of Rowan County and his clients. He is certainly a Patriot and honorable... man, He knows the Law and is a great litigator as well as negotiator.

Cecil Whitley was a horrible representation and about cost me my children. He took my money and then insulted me, took up for my children's father (contrary to his abusiveness) in conversations and created an order that has caused problems for my next attorney. He spends appointments talking about ...himself verses your case. He read nothing that I had sent in and had no clue about things I was talking about that his staff worked on. He stated he continues to do his job because he enjoys it. What I see is that he does it for the social enjoyment verses the passion for his clients. Take your time to do your homework. I have heard this from several other people.
