He was my lawyer oppointed by the state of North Carolina in rutherford County court house right after I was charged of crimes I did not commit I was framed and had already done time on these charges a year prior and after being charged with these crimes and doing time months and months and months an...d months I served time not haven a lawyer appointed to me or being able to even see a judge my rights was kept from me arrested without arrest warrant or proble cause nothing no prof or evidence in no shape or form my family's house search with no warrant no proable cause no reason so pretty much kid nap and thrown into jail and kept as a prisoner against my wheel so after being locked away like an animal for so many months with no seeing a judge not being appointed a lawyer nothing finally one day I was released from jail I didn't bother nobody no one or anything I better my life and have a great family I love and adore and support I take care of they depend on me well a year later I'm charged with the same charges and other charges added to me that were misdemeanor charges and were made into felony charges I was in my house I had received my first stimulus check from the government 1200 to be exact well the dope heads had attacked me and robbed for the money I had received 4 people at least were in volved in attacking me beating me and leaving me for dead after I wouldn't give them my money freely so I fight back and pick up the first thing I could grab while being attacked in my own house my parents family house I finally strike one of the individuals that was beating me slinging me around like a rag daul I managed to break away from them and got away were the ambulance and police found me un contions passed out I woke up in the hospital bleeding bad beat real good well not even a few hours after gaining contions waking up these police come and put hand cuffs on me and charge me with assault with a deadly weapon I make bond finally go to court charges get dismissed then a week or so later I'm being arrested on shooting in a occupied dewaling that they have video and they know this was not me that committed this crime u clearly see 4 African Americans that shoots out a motel window and runs off the shooter identified as being African American 6 foot 2 inches tall being around 220 in weight I'm 5 foot 7 inches tall white male only 170 pounds clearly they know that was not me I get charged and lock up for close to a half a year then released then a year later I get indicted re arrested and put under a 105000 dollar bond me and my family had to pay 7500 to a bondsman to make bond I get appointed a lawyer finally jacob harwood is appointed to me to represent me go to court several times he makes no attempts to help me gives me no advice other than take a plea deal or go to trail then August 23 2021 I go to court for trail my name is not on the document they put outside the door before u go into the court room says all the people that will be on the docket for trial August 23 my name is not on their but my court date is August 23 so the district attorney tells me and few other people to leave and contact our lawyers to find out a new court date cause only people on the document outside of the court room are the only ones that can be in the court room I leave as well as the others that had court that day but not on the document for trial that day so us that left was adviced to contact our lawyers well I call the office were my lawyer works ask to speak to him and the lady secretary for the kings law firm ask my name I told her my name and she advised me that my lawyer jacob harwood no longer works for their company she tells me to call rutherford court house I do I speak to the big guy that sits by judge Davis his clerk of court or secretary he tells me that I don't have court today that my lawyer has to tell me my new court date even after I told him I don't have a lawyer no more after king law firm said he no long works with them..
