Clifton W. Homesley

I have lived in Mooresville since 1962 when my father moved our family here and he joined a local law practice. I am a staunch advocate for my clients.  I have been involved in the community since I was a youth, having been named the Outstanding Teenager by the Mooresville Jaycees.  As an adult, I received the Distinguished Service Award from this same group.  I believe that lawyers owe it to the community to serve and currently I serve on the board of the Kyle & Samantha Busch Bundle of Joy Foundation which provides funding for in vitro fertilization for couples who could not otherwise afford it.  I have a keen interest in the motorsports industry and have represented clients in that industry since starting the practice of law in 1986.  I have litigated in the district and superior courts of North Carolina and in the federal district court for the Western District of North Carolina.  I have argued appeals at the North Carolina Court of Appeals and the North Carolina Supreme Court.  I and other members of our firm can handle many if not all of your legal needs.  Get in touch if you need solid and experienced local representation.
