Franklin S. Hancock

Mr. Hancock has helped me with commercial property leases and defaults to such. A last will and testament. He has also helped me with breech of business contract matters. My needs were bizarre to say the least! Now he is involved in a personal injury case for me. He does an ironclad job on everyt...hing. He is always prompt, FAIR, knowledgable, and goes far above and beyond to assist. He is like a very smart good friend.

I have to say that Mr. Hancock is a gentleman who lends credibility to his profession. Though he helped me a few years ago, I came across this profile, saw that he doesn't have any reviews and was surprised. He was able to help me file a mechanic's lien and prepare for a lawsuit against a non-payin...g client, and helped me every step of the way. We never had to go to court, which I believe was due to his professionalism and clear advice. When the client finally paid the bill, Mr. Hancock followed through with the preparation of the release of lien and provided specific information as to what needed to occur to resolve the matter legally. I highly recommend his office to anyone seeking a good lawyer who is a good man with a great staff.
