Franklin S. Hancock

My wife and I (both in our 50s) sought his advice on setting up our estate plan. We have a very "unusual" ("disastrous" might be a better word) family situation and we were at our wits end. I have to say that Mr. Hancock is a gentleman who lends credibility to his profession. Though he helped me a few years ago, I came across this profile, saw that he doesn't have any reviews and was surprised. He was able to help me file a mechanic's lien and prepare for a lawsuit against a non-payin...g client, and helped me every step of the way. We never had to go to court, which I believe was due to his professionalism and clear advice. When the client finally paid the bill, Mr. Hancock followed through with the preparation of the release of lien and provided specific information as to what needed to occur to resolve the matter legally. I highly recommend his office to anyone seeking a good lawyer who is a good man with a great staff.
