Attorney Gohil represented me on a speeding ticket and a seat belt violation. After the initial call to the office the assistant let me know all of the information they needed. I email back information requested...driving record, etc. The legal assistant emailed back telling me we would plea to IM...PROPER EQUIPMENT and get the seat belt throw out. On the court date, I received an email from the assistant saying Attorney Gohil represented me that morning and I plead to IMPROPER EQUIPMENT and the seat belt was thrown out.....just as I had expected from previous emails. I got to the courthouse to pay the fine, to find out I plead to 5 over the speed limit, not IE! I called the firm and left a message. I got a call back and a lady tells me sorry for the miscommunication, the assistant that I dealt with doesn't normally contact clients and at least the fine was less...for now.
