Unfortunately, I agree with Mr. Jones. Employers are allowed to do this as you have no reasonable expectation of privacy at work.

I agree with Mr. Lefkowitz...it sounds like you fell prey to a scam. Call the AG's office and hopefully you can get at least part of your money back.
