I was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2002 and began my legal career practicing civil law, mostly handling worker's compensation defense. In late 2006, my husband and I moved to North Carolina and I was admitted to the North Carolina Bar in 2007. Since 2007, I have been practicing primarily criminal defense law. In 2009, I opened my own frim, The Law Office of Shannon Aldous, P.C., and have continued to enjoy representing criminal clients and assisting them with all of their legal needs.

A+ service, before and long after my case!
My charges were handled, with Shannon correctly predicting the outcome from day one. Long after the fact she helped me to work with the local sheriff to obtain my handgun permit, and helped prove to my landlord that the matter had been dismissed so I could renew my lease.
