Lance S. White

Lance's primary areas of practice are Entertainment, Sports, Media, and Intellectual Property Law with an emphasis on advising the business and legal affairs of celebrities, athletes, race teams, music labels, artists, authors, actors, leagues, and entertainment and media companies. Prior to Apollo, Lance worked with US Sports Management Inc., where he protected, managed and obtained intellectual property rights for NFL and other professional athletes, worked in compliance for NCAA, NFL, and NFLPA, and managed endorsement events. Lance also worked for Edison Nation Inc., where he evaluated intellectual property of inventors, prepared IP assignments and licenses, and filed for trademark protection. Lance attended Charlotte School of Law where he earned his JD Cum Laude graduating in the top 10% of the class and served as a Board member of the Sports and Entertainment Law Society. Prior to law school, Lance graduated Cum Laude from the University of North Carolina at Pembroke with a BA in 2007, where he was on the Dean's list for all four years. While in college, Lance was the captain of the varsity football team.
