I retained Mr. Bell in mid January 2012 for a speeding ticket in Rowan county. The ticket was in a construction zone. We had a brief phone conversations about my situation and then he sent me some forms to complete about his service. After 4 delays by Rowan County courts (it is now June 2012) Mr. Be...ll was able to get my ticket reduced to 9 over the speed limit and 3 points. Mr Bell made no promises or guarantees regarding the outcome of my case. He did send me 3 separate letter explaining that my case was being continued and moved up another month. I called his office after the second letter and asked him if this was normal, they took the time to explain the situation to me.
