I have tried over 50 jury trials in North Carolina state and federal courts involving motor vehicle accidents, product liability, construction defects, business disputes, business valuations, real estate disputes, and mortgage litigation. I have also represented debtors, creditors and trustees in the bankruptcy courts in North Carolina. I have appeared in the North Carolina Court of Appeals and the North Carolina Supreme Court. I have over a dozen reported cases in North Carolina state and federal courts. My extensive trial experience and handling of complex commercial and business litigation makes me a strong asset in your case. Many family law matters involve the unwinding of a financial partnership in addition to the emotional one, and it is my desire that the Firm assist you in reaching the most favorable outcome possible.
