I was in a really sticky situation here in this deep south town and he got it under control ..and at the time I was all the way in California so couldn't make it to court but he got it resolved so I didn't get a warrant ...and did some other things he didnt have to do. Some of the stuff he pulled ...off was exemplary and I have an international media profile for some pretty blatant high dollar party crimes.

Well, if he's your court appointed pray. I was wrongfully convicted and took a terrible plea deal because of his horrible advisement. I don't think he once looked at any evidence. Although he was responsive and did talk/meet the best of his ability I probably would have been better just not having... one. All he did was work with the DA to get his check and help them get a conviction. Ben, maybe you should stop being a lawyer and leave it to someone who cares or is a professional. Just because you took the Bar doesn't mean you know anything. Remember peoples lives and dignity are at stake and to just be a lawyer for a check is a disservice to them. You could have actually cared or tried just a little.. If you see this I'm sorry to be negative but I'm living with the consequences of your actions. Enjoy the $5-600 for screwing up a young kids life.

Mr Geoff, did more harm than good. He never returned a phone call never answered any emails. He assumed I was guilty and collected his check. It wasn’t until I fired him that I actually seen how the process goes and what we could of tried to get my kids . Cabarrus county Dss what a waste of tax paye...rs dollars !
