A. McIntyre Law was founded with the belief that core values of attorney-client trust, upfront and fair pricing, and client satisfaction are just good business.
I was born in Charlotte, North Carolina but grew up just over the border in Fort Mill, South Carolina. I began my career in law at sixteen as a receptionist for the Law Offices of A. Philip Baity, P.A. I graduated from Fort Mill High School, and attended Florida State University. After graduating with a Bachelors in Science in Criminology, I returned to Fort Mill to work as a legal assistant, focusing on criminal, domestic and civil matters. I then went on to the University of South Carolina School of Law, graduating with my Juris Doctor a semester early, allowing me to take both the South Carolina and North Carolina bar in the same year.
After working as an associate attorney for many years, in 2016, I fulfilled a lifelong dream to open my own law firm, and shortly after, A. McIntyre Law’s doors opened. I chose Belmont, North Carolina, for my office location because I greatly appreciates its small-town, next-to-the-big-city charm, vibrancy, and convenient proximity. In addition, Belmont’s access to other counties where I frequently represent clients cannot be beat. In fact, it’s only a short drive to many of the courts I serve in South Carolina as well.
I am licensed to practice in North and South Carolina, as well as NC Federal District Court. I am a member of the Gaston County Bar, the Cabarrus County Bar, the South Carolina Bar, the North Carolina Bar and the North Carolina Bar Association. I am also registered as a member of the American Association of Premier DUI/DWI attorneys.
At A.McIntyre Law we will proudly defend your case in any of the ten counties we serve in North Carolina, as well as the Upper Piedmont area in South Carolina.
