Went for a consultation and she was very condescending. Most of the conversation she sounded very mocking and would repeat what I said in a sort of laughing manner. Finally after a few times of being mocked I asked her what was the right terms because I genuinely had no idea. And once again she sound...ed very mocking and condescending as she “explained” to me what it was. Only went to Daly Law Firm because of my best friend’s referral (which she told me couldn’t have been true because in 10 years blah blah blah)”. I decided to just go elsewhere. I’m not giving someone my hard earned money that can’t respect her potential clients. Although the other attorney she had also brought into the room with her was pretty sweet.

Hired Daly law firm for motion to modify and contempt on ex-wife after being referred by someone in community. Given atty Stacy. Attorney stated had to have $3,000.00 retainer for clarification of divorce decree. Motion to modify and motion for contempt entered. Then proceeded to give false and incor...rect information stating mediation orientation had to be done, which could have been waived due to living over 60 miles away. Only work completed was multiple phone calls and emails regarding exwifes lawyer request for possession of a car that had nothing to do with not was in Divorce decree or motions I filed. Requested repeatedly to have my issues addressed . Was given legal advice to sign over possessions without my issues that the order to modify and order of contempt contained. Charged $3,000.00 to not address my issues, give false and incorrect information costing me time and money at work, ended up needing to hire new attorney from different law firm. Buyer Be Ware!!!!!
