I hired Charlie to represent me in a slip and fall accident. He quoted me one price for my settlement. When I received my check it was a lower amount I asked Charlie should I send it back. He said no go ahead and cash it i will contact the insurance company and get the rest. He kept stringing me alon...g with different excuses until the statue of limitations ran out. He then said he never said anything like that. He explained now that the insurance companies always pay in full, never in installments. He tells me that now. So needless to say i was not given the agreed amount of my settlement. If you use Charlie Aycock be very aware of what he says - make sure you have a recording because he will tell you one thing and later say he didn't say it. In the long run you will lose. It seems like he is working for the insurance company while representing you.
