I'd give him a zero!
Joe Forbes took my case and did nothing with it. He was offered a settlement which he deemed "too little" but never told me what the offer was. Then when the defendant's attorney didn't offer more, he just stopped working on my case and didn't even tell me. Didn't return my calls, emails or letters...
