Tom handled my DUI and accompanying sleu of succeeding Driving While Licensed Revoked Charges some time ago. In small Eastern North Carolina towns like Wilson, the highest aspiration of the police is to file such traffic charges. As if that isn't enough, the local newspapers deem such arrests newsw...orthy. Not that I'm bitter. Anyway, Tom got my DUI reduced or thrown out, reduced the Revoked License charges to nominal fines, and I was able to immediately thereafter get the hell out of Wilson to a place where you've at least got a sporting chance of driving safely home from your neighborhood watering hole without certain arrest. Tom is a good lawyer and a good man, and I recommend him without reservation.
