Top Notch Representation

Blake represented me in my Bankruptcy proceedings. His professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail resulted in an outcome that was much better than I could have ever imagined at the outset. Whenever I had questions or concerns I could call or email him and, without fail, receive a response wi...thin minutes. If your in need of legal services, you can not go wrong with Blake Boyette.

Business Creditor Negotiations and Sound Legal Advice

When our company was sold and there were not enough proceeds to cover the debt, Blake worked with us to formulate a strategy, prioritize accounts based on personal liability and attack our balances with aggressive settlement offers. Our company and our family AVOIDED a bankruptcy filing because Bl...ake worked diligently and negotiated fiercely with our creditors. Several accounts that were personally guaranteed were settled for fractions of the balance. In total, Blake's negotiating prowess saved us approximately $200,000 which we were in turn able to pay toward other debts and avoid future litigation. Throughout the process, he was compassionate and understanding of our situation. He charged us fairly for the quality of work he completed. And he advised us when he felt we could move forward without him instead of taking advantage of the situation and overbilling us. If you are in need of a strong negotiator, an outstanding legal mind, and a generally good man to represent you then you owe it to yourself to meet with Blake Boyette as soon as possible.

Outstanding Service

When my company took a downturn, I decided to explore my options surrounding bankruptcy. Blake and his team came highly recommended and from the moment we had our first consultation I knew I had picked the right attorney. I had over $1 Million in business/personal debt that had become overwhelming du...e to a shift in my market, but Blake and his team assured me it would be a smooth process. Several months later I received my discharge and was able to start my financial life over again. Stubbs and Perdue made the process easy, and was always available to walk me through questions. Before Blake and his team, I was afraid of bankruptcy, but I now see it was a valuable tool in my very desperate time of need. Bankruptcy kept my business finances from flooding my personal finances and allowed me to keep the assets I cared most for, like my home. Since my discharge, I have recommended Blake to several close friends in my field who suffered from some of the same market conditions. I would highly recommend anyone who feels they may be close to a financial conflict to consult with Stubbs and Perdue and let them help you.

Relationship: Opposing Counsel on matter

"I worked opposite of Blake in a large, complex Chapter 11 case. Blake represented the debtor and handled all aspects of the debtor's case. He was courteous, aggressive, and against-all-odds confirmed a plan with 100% consent of all parties involved. I highly recommend Blake Boyette for any and all bankruptcy matters."
