Awesome Lawyer!
He can be sorta gruff and bluntly to the point. He’s got a low tolerance for nonsense, best of all from the other side. But whatever you need done, will get done and get done fast and to your benefit. He’s a winner!

Knowledgeable & Trustworthy
In a seven day timeframe he presented the most stunning and accurate argument I’ve ever seen in my life to save my infant daughter from my ex who committed domestic violence. Knowledgeable and trustworthy is an understatement.

Very happy client
Mr.Hardy worked quick and very efficient in my moment of crisis he delivered and made happen very important matters at hand that needed immediate attention his delivery was fast and on point.I am grateful and quite satisfied with the service I received. I would highly recommend him,!
"I have worked with and against Mr. Hardy on different matters, and have gotten to know him outside of the courtroom at political and civic functions. Mr. Hardy has a lot of experience and fights to ensure his client's best interests are represented and protected. Mr. Hardy is a great lawyer and I endorse this lawyer."
"I have known Mr. Hardy since before he became a lawyer, and I shared an office with him for eight years. He's an outstanding attorney, a relentless advocate for his clients who relishes hard work and results. He gives 100% to his clients and is particularly dedicated to honing his skills as a bankruptcy practitioner. He thrives in the courtroom--it's fun to watch him sink his teeth into a case, particularly during cross-examination. He's not afraid to go toe-to-toe with a prosecutor. His staff is also dedicated and conscientious, and I think anyone who hires him will be well-served."
"I endorse Edwin Hardy. I have know Mr. Hardy for over 25 years and have been on the opposite side of the courtroom from him on dozens of cases. He is always prepared and represents his clients well. I often refer cases to Mr. Hardy that I can not take myself. I know Mr. Hardy to be honest and a zealous advocate. Additionally, he has given much to him community personally and professionally."
"I endorse this lawyer. His integrity is impeccable and I have known him for 25 years. He has represented me, my family and friends with the most effective proficiency. I have seen him conduct numerous trials and he has won dozens of criminal jury trials in State and Federal court. He is THE go-to lawyer in this region of the State for any debt matters. He won an appeal in a business matter of mine before the N.C. Court of Appeals saving me over $30,000.00 after attorney fees, which his are very reasonable. Any Bankruptcy, Debt disputes/settlements, Criminal, Traffic, Divorce or Custody matters I would highly recommend you hire him."

This lawyer was disciplined by a state licensing authority in 2013.
Suspension With All Stayed issued in NC, 2013
updated on 09/22/2015Suspension stayed means the attorney has been suspended, but that the suspension is placed on hold (and ultimately removed) if the attorney complies with certain requirements.
“The Bar found no client suffered any harm and the terms of the discipline basically just required the attorney to keep in compliance with record keeping rules. Attorney and the Bar disputed the record keeping practices of the attorney. Attorney and the Bar agreed for the attorney to change his record keeping practices and settled the matter without hearing.”
