Even though I’ve never met Mr Jones or his staff they have always found a way to accommodate my situation. They provide opportunities for me to pay via phone, bring documents after hours, and submit things via text. “Mr Jones, You have a loyal client for life”.

Awesome, quick, very nice, very reasonable

I don’t usually open lawyer letters but for some reason I did. I called the office and spoke with the paralegal. Very nice and polite. The cost was very reasonable for what my ticket was. I didn’t have to go back to NC for the court date. Got a call from the other paralegal and she was very nice as w...ell. Both ladies were very knowledgeable. Review of Franklin Jones

I hired Mr. Jones to represent my son who was cited for speeding and reckless driving in North Carolina. I contacted his office and spoke with a wonderful secretary, Tekla. She advised me of the court process and the likely outcome. Mr. Jones then contacted me the following business day. Mr. Jone...s was able to negotiate a reduced speed to 9mph over the speed limit. This was a great and fair outcome. I would highly recommend Mr. Jones if you are in need of a lawyer.
