Highly versed and recommended attorney

I am very grateful for the help I received from Franklin Jones when I needed his services. He personally took my call after hours to advise me on my matter and called again the next day to see if I had any questions. After hiring Mr. Jones, he was very driven in accessing the records needed from Stat...e Police and continued to advise me on the particulars of my case. I was equally impressed with his staff, as an out of state client during the fluctuations of COVID, they kept me updated on any changes in my court appearances. Mr. Jones was able to ensure I received the very best outcome for my case which allowed me to keep my commercial license and clean driving record.

Above & Beyond

The Office of Franklin L. Jones went above & beyond their call of service for me & my family. I hired Mr. Jones to represent me (as I live out of state). I did not have to appear but was always informed of the legal proceedings. I only had to take a on-line course and no points of deduction to my lic...ense or increase of my insurance (I was initially in the wrong). Mr. Jones & assistance were always warm & professional but also, to the point (no run around). Thanks again to the Office of Franklin L. Jones

Reckless driving ticket

He was able to get my reckless driving ticket down to a improper equipment, nothing went on my record. In addition he also completed this before my court date. Very excellent work!

Knows what he's doing, honest communication, fair price

I live in another state and was on vacation driving through NC when I was stopped and given a ticket that I thought was unfair. It was impossible for me to go to Halifax County court as needed to argue it, so I looked online for an attorney to represent me and handle the situation. On the phone other... prospective attorneys seemed to be recommending a somewhat-blind shotgun approach, whereas Mr Jones knew the court and its players, was knowledgeable about the SPECIFICS that he expected for my path ahead, and offered an honest, honorable, precise plan of what to do and why it was preferable. He spoke frankly, and I felt his pricing was reasonable, so I chose Mr Jones. He handled everything for me, and the whole process went just as he said it likely would (and his assistant Tekla was very helpful too). I would highly recommend his services.

Awesome, quick, very nice, very reasonable

I don’t usually open lawyer letters but for some reason I did. I called the office and spoke with the paralegal. Very nice and polite. The cost was very reasonable for what my ticket was. I didn’t have to go back to NC for the court date. Got a call from the other paralegal and she was very nice as w...ell. Both ladies were very knowledgeable.
