David W. Silver

I would recommend hiring anyone other than David Silver to handle an estate/probate. Apparently, this is his specialty, but we found him to be non-responsive, insulting and incompetent. After many frustrating months of dealing with him (two weeks while he was on vacation), we have had to extend proba...ble for another 3 months because of his lack of follow-up for the notice of death in the newspaper. The important items that we actually needed him to take care of were never done and the things that he did do were grossly overcharged. Now, at the time when we actually needed him to work and close out the estate, he has "fired" us and left us without an attorney. During this difficult time, we were hoping for someone we could rely on and handle things for us, and instead we have been left frustrated, angry and disappointed and in a worse position than we were in nearly 5 month ago.
